Abstract(in English) In this paper, we study in order to apply the multi-carrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) and 2-dimensional block spreading (2D-BS) to distributed antenna network. In 2D-BS, many users can be orthogonalized by increasing time domain block spreading factor. However, frequency diversity gain decreases as the time-domain block spreading factor. Therefore, the optimal time domain block spreading factor is different due to the number of access users. In DAN, particularly, the optimal time domain block spreading factor should be different among distributed antennas because the number of access users is different among distributed antennas. In this paper, we discuss adaptive 2D-BS for downlink DAN using MC-CDMA. In the adaptive 2D-BS, each distributed antenna determines the time-domain block spreading factor as the number of own access users. We investigate, by computer simulation, downlink capacity of the MC-CDMA DAN using adaptive 2D-BS and show that the adaptive 2D-BS can achieve larger link capacity than the use of common 2D-BS over a cell.
