Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper discusses channel sounders, which estimate channel impulse response, using commercial electric acoustic equipments. Although transmission channel models are inevitable in performance evaluation of wireless communications, there a few reports on channel models for acoustic communications. In order to estimate channel models for acoustic communications, channel sounders play important roles. Thus, this paper discusses channel sounders employ commercial electric acoustic equipments, it is easy to sound channel impulse response for acoustic communications. The features of the proposed acoustic channels sounders are as follows: frequency distortion due to commercial electric acoustic equipment is compensated by pre-coding; side-lobes due to correlation of M sequence, which is used to estimate channel impulse response, is cancelled by side-lobe cancellers with small computational complexity.
