On the construction of the nonlinear function-based stream cipher

Abstract(in English) We propose a new construction of stream ciphers, which is a variant of the Sponge-based stream cipher and is indistinguishable from a random function. Next we apply the 4-round AES to the underlying primitive of the proposed construction. Finally, we discuss the performance and the security of our scheme.
