Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The software GINsim introduced the notion of circuit functionality to analyze the behavior of regulatory circuits in different regions of the state space. Interpretation of the circuit functionality results is particularly difficult in the multivalued case and when circuits contain shortcuts. Boolean mapping could be a way to disentangle interwined regulatory circuits in order to facilitate the understanding of their behaviour. However, its implementation in GINsim will require a solution to the problem of non-admissible configurations. Although it is possible to artificially remove these nodes, our aim is to solve the problem relying only on logical expression design.
