Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Speech has para-linguistic information and non-linguistic information. Text, on the contrary, does not include those factors. In this respect, speech and text are different in their quality. Here, we developed a technique to visualize the information from a spoken word for enriching text communication. Speech feature was obtained from various kinds of voice information, and we correlated this feature with the attribution of text so that we could get an animated text. Also, we evaluated the text using a subjective experiment. This research paved the way for broader applications for online text communication, language learning, and disabled people.
