| Abstract(in English) | The introduction of ICT in primary and secondary education has been promoted. As a result, the copyright processing of digital material has become a problem. Therefore, we are aiming to establish a consortium for the handling of copyright issues relating to digital material used in educational settings. For that purpose, we have been undertaking information exchanges and study meetings with a member of "The Consortium for Learning Resources (for higher education: Established May, 2014)" and university researchers who specializes in "fair use" or in the development of digital textbooks, etc. In addition, we are planning to hold open study meetings for the purpose of establishing the new consortium(for primary and secondary education) in or after March, 2015. This paper summaries the issues discussed at the information exchanges and study meetings. In particular, we clarify the stakeholders involved in the use of digital material for education. |
