| Abstract(in English) | The issue an interim report on a feasibility study and a trial practice on social education for adults in a local community, with regard especially to information literacy and information ethics. The concept of the practical study is based on findings that parents or teachers should frankly and closely talk with children about their ICT use in daily life, to mitigate risk pertaining to ICT use and aid in the development of their moral autonomy. Specifically, we carried out a questionnaire survey about the use of information and communication technology (ICT) by senior high school students and their parents and a test their ability of information literacy and information ethics. From these results, we designed a model of social education for adults with respect to information literacy and information ethics, in order to foster "social co-use" or "interactive meditation" between adults and children in a local community. |
