Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Real-time high-quality video streaming for multiple receivers needs low latency, jitter and wide available bandwidth. In this report we use OpenFlow network, we proposed the method with bandwidth efficiency for high-quality video streaming using packet copy and rewrite packet Ether/IP header. Our method, whose feature is like multicast, repeats packet copy in the network using a distinguished address for multiple receivers, hence can save the latency and the bandwidth used to stream. We present the result of practical experiments about jitter and bandwidth that is not measured in previous research for high quality video streaming, showing that the performance of our method is equivalent to that of the existing methods.
