Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we introduce the concept of hierarchical spectrum database we have proposed. Here we consider the spectrum visualization by measurement based spectrum database and discuss how we can utilize the registered spectrum information. The hierarchical spectrum database defines spectrum utilization policy at the higher layer database. On the other hand, at the lower layer database, actual spectrum environment is measured at surrounding mobile terminals and the registered data are statistically processed for generating a local spectrum database. In this paper, we summarize effectiveness and problems of measurement based spectrum database by the results of field test for establishing the local spectrum database. We discuss how we can utilize the visualization spectrum resource for improving the spectrum efficiency targeting a future sustainable wireless communication.
