| 抄録(和) | 本報告は、筋萎縮性側索硬化症(ALs)の患者が意思伝達装置を使う際の満足度を高めるのはどのような条件なのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。対象は、日本ALs協会の協力のもと配布したアンケートに意思伝達装置を用いていると回答したALs患者205人で、方法は政治学や社会学での利用が進んでいるファジィセット質的比較分析(fsQCA)を用いる。その結果、(1)支援があり情報発信が活発に行われている場合、(2)若年層で情報取得はおこなわれないが、情報発信が活発である場合、(3)高齢層で支援は不十分だが、情報取得が活発である場合に、意思伝達装置の満足度が高まることが明らかとなった。 |
| 抄録(英) | This presentation aims to reveal what conditions increase the satisfaction level of augmentative & alternative communication (AAC) tools. We sent questionnaires about AAC tools to ALS patients and got the data with the help of Japan Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association. Using Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis, we revealed that ALS patients get high satisfaction level (1) when they receive much support and they actively output information, (2) when they are relatively younger and they actively output information although they do not actively input information, or (3) when they are relatively older and they actively input information although they do not receive much support. |
