Abstract(in English) We have proposed and demonstrated a novel principle of the optical mode switch. However, the crosstalk between modes was not yet reported due to its difficulty of mode recognition and distinction. To accomplish this purpose of mode-crosstalk evaluation, we use and integrate multi-mode interference (MMI) mode-filter with the optical mode switch in this work. As a result, we report the mode-crosstalk of around -10 dB.
