| 抄録(和) | ラドン変換と非線型マッチングを用いてアフィン変形に不変な文字照合方法を提案する.濃淡画像をラドン変換し,動径方向に一次元フーリエ変換して振幅成分を抽出し,対数マッピングする.この変換結果は文字の平行移動に不変であり,文字の回転・拡大縮小は平行移動に置換される.また,文字をせん断変形すると,偏角方向に粗密変形する.偏角方向に非線形マッチングすることによって,せん断に頑健な形状照合が可能である.文字認識では,文字のアフィン変形(回転,拡大縮小,平行移動,せん断)が問題となるが,本方法の適用によって高い認識率が得られる. |
| 抄録(英) | An affine invariant character shape matching method using the Radon transform and a non-linear matching is proposed. In our proposed method, the Radon transform is applied on an original image; the amplitude-component is extracted using the one-dimensional Fourier transform performed on each column of the Radon image, and the log mapping is also performed on the columns. After these operations, an invariant descriptor with respect to the character shape translation is obtain; the character shape rotation and scaling are exchanged to the two-dimensional translation. Since shape shearing provides a sparse and dense distortion on the domain, the non-linear matching is applied for the robustness. In the character recognition, the affine distortions on character shapes (rotation, scaling, translation, and sharing) are serious technical issues, therefore out proposed method provides high recognition performance. |
