Abstract(in English) | We propose an enhancement of carrier injection to OLED by using carbon-nanotube (CNT) thin film as transparent electrode of OLED and utilizing field concentration to CNTs. The possibility of carrier injection enhancement has been revealed, based on device simulation. We have also fabricated OLEDs with a network-like CNT thin-film electrode, from which a strong light emission have been observed. |
