Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, for the purpose of bicycle fall motion detection by sensing, We studied technique for detecting acceleration and angular velocity, to determine the normal operation, fall operation of the bicycle from the acceleration sensor and a gyro sensor mounted on the bicycle. Using the prototype, by the fall experimental results over brakes during turning operation, and show the possibility of subsequent vehicle can predict the fall operation of avoiding difficult bicycle.
