Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Using the age of acquisition (AoA) in words that were estimated from large sample database of child vocabulary development, the present study created a questionnaire for measuring child vocabulary development image and collected the questionnaire data from speech therapists. The results showed that they tend to report the AoA of each word later than the AoA estimated from the database. However, there was no significant difference in the acquisition order of words between the AoAs. Furthermore, the results from a follow-up study suggest that the feedback information of the questionnaire might lead to the effectiveness and skill-up of daily therapy for speech therapists.
