The Acquisition of "no" in L1 Speakers of Japanese : On the Acquisition of "noda"

Abstract(in English) The present study is aimed to clarify how L1(first language) infants acquire Japanese particle "no" related to the acquisition of "noda." For this purpose, I will analyze 5 children's data from CHILDES (Child Language Data Exchange System). The results suggest that "no" is used as a maker of possession as well used with evaluative or volitional expressions, and the urges of "no" at this stage urges the acquisition of "noda" by pragmatic strengthening,
