A study of interface to prevent the ignorance in SNS communication among high school students

Abstract(in English) An ignorance with LINE is subject to condemnation. It causes to psychological stress for users. We designed the system interface called "illustration buttons" that decrease a complication of using the system to reduce ignorance with LINE. About seventy high school students used two systems, one had "illustration buttons" and other didn't have. They responded to questionnaires regarding comfortable to use each system. The results of a t-test, it is in a case with "illustration buttons", there is a possibility that they reduce troublesome in LINE. In addition, the results suggest that they help taking with members of the own group and joining new groups smoothly.
