| 抄録(和) | 独り暮らしの寂しさを和らげるエージェント(ロボットやCGキャラクタ)は様々提案されているが,多種多様な人々に受け入れられるためには様々な姿形のバリエーションが必要である.しかし,エージェントのバリエーションを増やすためにはコストが掛かってしまう.そこで我々は,家電製品のタイマー設定の完了通知を対象として,エージェントが姿をユーザに見せないままメッセージを書き置き風に残す"書き置き風通知システム"を作成した.この先行実験では提案システムの有効性を示すことができたものの,メッセージの文面は1種類しか用意していなかった.そこで本研究では,複数の文面を用意して,最も寂しさを軽減する言い回しを調べた.その結果,家電の種類や人によって最適な文面は異なるものの,"おかえり"のような挨拶や語尾に"～よ"を付け加える言い回しがより寂しさを和らげることが示された. |
| 抄録(英) | For avoiding the feelings of loneliness in people living alone, some pet robot agents or on-screen agents have been developed. However, a lot of variations of the agent's appearance are required for gaining the acceptance of a broad range of people. We, therefore, proposed a notification system that leaves behind only a message without an agent showing their figure. The prior experiment showed an effectivity of a proposal system compared to an existing mail message system, but only one kind of expression was prepared for the message. In this paper, we prepared some variation of the message and evaluated which expression relieves the loneliness most. The result shows the most appropriate expression has a greeting such as "welcome back" and a sentence-ending particle "yo''. |
