| 抄録(和) | 計算機可読な契約約款や法令のための視覚的モデリングとボキャブラリーについて述べる.法令表現には視覚的なルール表現を用いる.ボキャブラリーに関しては,本報告では,様相(モダリティ)について取り上げる.既にある契約約款や法令を解析するというよりも,先に視覚的言語でモデル化することで,契約約款や法令をモデルベール開発することを目的とする.これにより,より分かりやすい言葉で言い換えたり,他言語へ翻訳することを容易にするだけでなく,情報システムへの迅速な反映を目標としている. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes visual modeling of computer readable contract agreements and laws. A visual diagram corresponding to a rule is used as a legal expression. For vocabulary, in this paper, modalities only are taken up. Rather than analyzing existing legal documents, our goal is modeling in a visual language from scratch. As the result it will make the legal expressions easy to paraphrase to more comprehensible words. As well as the paraphrazing, rapid reflection of legal expressions to information systems is also a part of our goal. |
