Abstract(in English)	This paper describes visual modeling of computer readable contract agreements and laws. A visual diagram corresponding to a rule is used as a legal expression. For vocabulary, in this paper, modalities only are taken up. Rather than analyzing existing legal documents, our goal is modeling in a visual language from scratch. As the result it will make the legal expressions easy to paraphrase to more comprehensible words. As well as the paraphrazing, rapid reflection of legal expressions to information systems is also a part of our goal.
