| Abstract(in English) | In this report, low distortion characteristics of the balanced diode mixer driven by the square wave LO are discussed. General charts of the characteristics for the proposed mixer are demonstrated in the analysis. And improvement of the fundamental characteristics is theoretically clarified. Furthermore analytical results are confirmed with experiment investigations at 15MHz. |
