Abstract(in English) The reduction of a driving voltage and an improvement of light outcoupling efficiency has been attempted by coating BaTiO_3 nanoparticles between the phosphor layer and the first insulating layer using a ink-jet printer. The threshold voltage has been decreased by 40 V. The luminance and luminous efficiency has been improved greatly respectively.
