Abstract(in English) (Zn,Cd):Mn nanoparticles-dispersed EVA resin sheets were prepared as the wavelength conversion layers for solar panels. A high quantum efficiency of about 40% (excitation wavelength : 370 nm) has been achieved for the (Zn,Cd):Mn nano phosphor particles synthesized using 3-mercaptopropionic acid (3-MPA). The power generation efficiency was increased by about 0.5% by mounting the (Zn,Cd)S:Mn wavelength conversion layer on the Si solar panel.
