Abstract(in English) This paper presents the improvement of the front to back (FB) ratio of the dipole antenna with a metal reflector being cut at its edges. As the results of optimizing the size of cuttings at the top and bottom of reflector for realizing 30 dB FB ratio, the 79.7 % (90.3 % when including cuttings) of the reduction size of the reflector was achieved.
