Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) CNT is expected as an application to optical device, because it has a lot of unique optical properties. Until now the studies for fabrication of optical devices using CNT have been conducted, in which the CNT is embedded in organic polymer. However, the organic polymer can be degraded depending on temperature humidity and intensity of incident light. To overcome this problem we tried to embed CNT in the inorganic material especially ZnO. As a result, the ZnO films including CNT was embained. In addition, it was found that the sample that was produced is absorbing the light at 1550nm region.
