| 抄録(和) | 本研究では、障害発生時のログ分析の自動化を目的として、ログの正常な出力パターンに基づき異常を自動で分析する手法を提案した。大規模なシステムから出力される大量かつ複雑なログから、実用的な計算時間で高精度なパターンを生成することは従来困難であった。ログの共起性に着目して基準となる組み合わせを事前に生成する処理をパターン生成手法に導入することで、精度を維持したまま計算時間を短縮することに成功した。社内システムのログに対し提案手法を適用した結果、約600万行のログを10分程度で分析し、システムの異常を適切に検出できることを示した。提案手法を用いることで、障害分析時間の短縮および人の作業負荷軽減が見込める。 |
| 抄録(英) | We have developed a log analysis method with sequential log patterns. In the past it was difficult to generate precise patterns from huge and complicated logs in practical computing time. To reduce the computing time, we focused the common part of patterns. It derives from the co-occurrence of logs. We adopted it to the pattern generating method. Through the experiments with the logs of enterprise system, we showed proposed method can detect precisely errors from 6 million records in about ten minutes. Our new method enables operators to reduce their tasks in analyzing logs of system failure. |
