Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed a log analysis method with sequential log patterns. In the past it was difficult to generate precise patterns from huge and complicated logs in practical computing time. To reduce the computing time, we focused the common part of patterns. It derives from the co-occurrence of logs. We adopted it to the pattern generating method. Through the experiments with the logs of enterprise system, we showed proposed method can detect precisely errors from 6 million records in about ten minutes. Our new method enables operators to reduce their tasks in analyzing logs of system failure.
