Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, using the sensor data which can be acquired by smartphone, we propose a method for forecasting long-term heart rate change when walking along the route before walking and recommending the optimal walking route based on the predicted results. The proposed method collects information on the target route including gradient in advance and estimates walking speed on the route. Then, we obtain the long-term forecast of heart rate change when walking on the route by inputting the estimated walking speed and the collected information on the route to the heart rate prediction model which we developed by extending our previously proposed model. Based on the forecast, our method also finds the best route on which the user can easily keep his/her heart rate within an appropriate range while walking.
