Common Service Platform for Electric Vehicles

Abstract(in English) We propose a common service platform for electric vehicles (EVs). The platform is supposed to make use of information of EVs, EVs users, traffic flow, map and charging network to provide common service such as GIS service, resource management service, billing service, and open API service for EVs users, charging service operators and service developers. We divide the platform into three layers, which are resource layer, capability layer and service layer. Resource layer is to store data, and provide data access interface to capability layer. Capability layer encapsulates some common function, and provides the function to service layer. Meanwhile, capability layer will authorize and authenticate the invoking services. Service layer provides common service for platform users. Service developers can use open API of capability layer to organize new customized service. We describe our demo implementation of the proposed platform framework.
