Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, communication devices such as smart phones are popular, the demand for wireless communication is increasing. However, there is a problem that the radio bands are tight, it is necessary immediate resolution. We propose to use the Wi-Fi to the problem of radio band tightening the optical wireless communication. This is capable of optical wireless communication by simply adding the optical transceiver of a Wi-Fi system, the band tight can be solved by localizing the communication range. In this report Wi-Fi signal can be transmitted by direct intensity modulation 850nmVCSEL, and reports that it has confirmed the transmission rate of 35Mbps in IEEE802.11n.
