Abstract(in English) Dynamic spectrum access (DSA) is a strong candidate to realize more effective spectrum utilization such as spectrum sharing between PU (primary user) and SU (secondary user). In the case of dynamic PU, reasonable spectrum sensing technique which can find unoccupied spectrum accurately and promptly. However, it is not easy to satisfy the above requirements. For this issues, we have developed a smarter DSA system, so called smart spectrum access (SSA) which utilizes prior information to find unoccupied spectrum and utilize spectrum effectively. To realize practical SSA, we have proposed one approach in which SSA consists of DSA system and spectrum awareness system (SAS). In this paper, we will introduce important elemental technologies of SAS.
