Abstract(in English) | For realizing a safety confirmation system for disaster utilizing Quasi-Zenith Satellite (QZS), we have proposed spread spectrum code division multiple access (SS-CDMA) system to achieve a direct communication from ground terminals to a satellite. This method realizes time and frequency synchronization between terminals using a satellite positioning signal to achieve a high density uplink code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper, by using a commercially available Global Positioning System (GPS) synchronous oscillator, experimental verification of synchronization accuracy is shown. SS-CDMA communication system is necessary to verify the synchronization accuracy at different satellite constellation, since the simultaneous transmission from a terminal located in Japan is performed. In this validation, the number of visible satellites of a plurality of GPS synchronous oscillator is changed, to verify the synchronization error. As a result, it was shown to be a cumulative distribution function (CDF) 99% or more with respect to the relative error ± 20 ns that is the target value of SS-CDMA. |
