Abstract(in English) In this paper, we discuss about safely service personalize method for regional application aiming for utilization of wireless mesh networks in times of peace. After the Great East Japan Earthquake, the wireless mesh networks receive recognition as they can recover communication networks quickly. However, to widely introduce the wireless mesh networks into municipalities, it is important to develop community-based applications which can be utilized in peace time. Thus, we discuss about safely service personalize method which realizes fine-grained regional application for local residents.
