Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a two phase scheme for de novo genome assembly based on de Bruijn graphs. Given multiple short read sets obtained with different environments but for a same target genome, our scheme applies firstly a de Bruijn Graph based assembly algorithm to each and then perform again the algorithm for the obtained contigs. Moreover, we present a generalized extension of our proposed scheme. Computer experiment shows that our approach performs effectively for some benchmark test data.
