| Abstract(in English) | In recent years, the Internet occupies the important position as infrastructure. However, the threat of a cybercrime is also becoming bigger. In this way, the importance of the information security is also increasing more and more. Concretely, although a strict security policy needs to be decided, these complicated procedures have ultimately a risk of causing emasculation of a policy. The necessity for a "slow policy" is proposed from such a background. In this paper, installation of the gradual security policy which paid its attention to cost effectiveness is proposed from a viewpoint of a "slow policy". Thus, the gradual introduction method of the security policy in a company is proposed. |
