Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A messaging system based on distributed in-memory KVS can process huge message traffic by fewer servers than conventional system. However, there is an issue that a server failure impacts many clients and causes system slowdown during failure detection time. We propose a high availability method that is the round-robin distribution method with slowdown KVS exclusion. Compared with the conventional method, our proposed distribution method reduced 92% of error responses to clients caused by server failures.
