| 抄録(和) | 本研究は,筆者らの提案する立体音響IP電話サービスがユーザに与える臨場感を,被験者を用いた実験により評価する.本実験では,実際に3人の頭部を用いてバイノーラル録音され,符号化された後,IPネットワークで伝送された音声を評価用の音声として使用している.実験結果から,本サービスを利用することにより,客観品質が同程度であるにも関わらず,ユーザの受ける臨場感はモノラル録音された音声のものよりも高くなることを確認している.また,今回の実験では,臨場感と音源定位との間には,明確な関係がないことも示している. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper assesses how a VoIP phone service with binaural 3D audio, which is proposed by the authors, gives a sense of presence to a user by experiment. In this experiment, the authors use sounds for evaluation which recorded by the binaural recording with three actual human heads, encoded and transmitted over an experimental IP network. The results of the experiment shows that the degree of the sense of presence which the subjects feel becomes higher by using our service than that of the monaural recorded sound. Moreover, the authors indicate that there is no significant relationship between the sense of presence and sound source localization in the experiment. |
