Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There is a movement to apply NFV(Network Functions Virtualization) to network system development. In NFV, various types of network equipment are implemented as software, and it works as virtual machine on COTS server hardware. A CAPEX/OPEX reduction is expected by replacing such equipment on dedicated hardware with VNF(Virtual Network Function). It is assumed that NFVI (NFV Infrastructure) is placed in network facility buildings that are geographically distributed. Additionally assuming that NFV is introduced step by step, the configuration of NFVI will be changed many times. Therefore a method of VNF allocation should correspond to the changes of the configuration automatically and it should meet the requirement of each VNF, like availability, reliability, response time. In this paper, we will propose a new VNF allocation method that is flexible to meet changes of the NFVI configuration, and show evaluation results.
