Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a frequency-domain scheduling for uplink single carrier non-orthogonal multiple access (SC-NOMA) with adaptive modulation and coding (AMC). Since transmission performance depends on modulation and coding scheme (MCS) in the SC-NOMA assuming turbo equalizer, it is needed to control the amount of inter-user interference by the frequency-domain scheduling (FDS) considering used MCS in the case of applying AMC. However, the conventional FDS for orthogonal multiple access cannot realize resource allocation depending on ability of turbo equalizer, because an eNB allocates resource so as to maximize channel capacity before AMC. This paper proposes FDS based on the estimated cell throughput after determing MCS in AMC. In the proposal, the eNB allocates resources using average loading ratio which is defined by the total number of used resources by all users and the number of orthogonal resources. Moreover, the eNB estimates the cell throughput after determing MCS in AMC, and selects resource allocation of the average loading ratio which can maximize the estimated cell throughput. Computer simulations show that the proposal can increase cell throughput performances compared to the conventional FDS.
