Abstract(in English) The Phantom Cell Concept which accommodates the multi-band and various cells flexibly can be applied for 5th generation (5G) mobile communication systems in order to accommodate rapidly increasing traffic. In this report, the architecture and the requirements of mobile optical networks are described. Technical issues to realize the networks and candidate techniques are also discussed.
