Abstract(in English) Oxide TFTs using ITZO for the active layer (ITZO TFTs) have attracted attention as a driving element of flatpanel displays. In this study, We designed an oscillation circuit that is applicable as a touch panel. We compared the outputs with and without a conductor, and we confirmed that frequency changed correctly.
