Abstract(in English) In case of the laser process with BSG (Boron Silicate Glass) as the doping precursor, we have the problem about the amount of doping boron atoms because it is difficult to mix the substrate and this doping precursor. So we use silicon nano ink as a new type of doping precursor which easily mixes the substrate, leading to highly dope boron concentration near the surface. In this work, we evaluate the solar cell performance and work for high efficiency cell structures with silicon nano ink for the future.
