Abstract(in English) | Authors have designed and developed a hammering oscillation system which gives transient external-force repeatedly to electrical contacts by hammering in the vertical direction. They have analysed an effects of the damped micro-oscillation by the system and have indicated that there is the effect applied to the electrical contacts by the oscillation by means of measuring time-series fluctuation of the contact resistance. And they have also designed and developed a micro-sliding system which slides the interfaces of electrical devices directly by a magneto-strictive actuator and parallel-leaf springs. They have analysed another effect of the transient sliding by the system and have also indicated that there is the effect applied to the electrical contacts by the micro-sliding by means of measuring time-series fluctuation of the contact resistance. In this paper, the authors discuss the degradation phenomenon of electrical contacts by adding transient and quasi-impulsive external-force to the contact in the circumstance that there is micro-sliding constantly. |
