Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Presently, sensors are used to all electronic equipment. Monitoring environmental information, such as temperature, light, and etc., using sensors become possible for detection of operational errors or circumstances in the whole system. Furthermore, these sensors will expand to use for health care and life care field in the future. The existing sensors are difficult to implement on the curved surface and the large area. But, organic TFT is easy to fabricate because of printing process technology. In this paper, we design, fabricate, and evaluate multi-output organic TFT temperature sensor, which is able to operate temperature sensing and run as a part of circuit device in parallel. From the results, proposed device can detect temperature and execute as sensor and a part of a PMOS inverter in parallel.
