| 抄録(和) | 血圧測定は生活習慣病を知るうえで重要である.「高血圧ガイドライン2014」では,「病院と自宅での血圧が異なる場合は家庭内での血圧を優先する.」とあり,家庭内血圧が重要視されるようになった.現在医療施設・家庭内でともに使用されている血圧計は,オシロメトリック血圧計がほとんどであるが,本血圧計が表示する血圧値の精度に関する研究は少ないのが現状である.本研究では,特許公開されている公報からアルゴリズムの違いを明らかにし,さらに,一定パターン信号が出力できるシミュレータを使用し,オシロメトリック血圧計での圧脈波の違いの検討を行った.その結果,特許公開されている公報より,各社間で表示値血圧値に違いがあった.また,各社ともアルゴリズムに沿った検知が出来ているが,決定アルゴリズムが違うことで許容値範囲ではあるが測定値にバラツキがあることを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | Blood pressure measurement is important to know the lifestyle-related diseases. In the "hypertension guidelines 2014", there is a "case of blood pressure in the hospital and at home is different priority to blood pressure in the home.", Came to the home in the blood pressure is important. Sphygmomanometer are both used in the medical facilities and the home is the oscillometric sphygmomanometer. Research on the accuracy of blood pressure values oscillometric blood pressure monitor to display less. In this study, we clarify the difference of the algorithm from publications that are patented published. Furthermore, using a simulator that can output a constant pattern signal, and examined the pressure pulse wave of differences in oscillometric sphygmomanometer. As a result, from the publications are published patents, there is a difference in blood pressure value displayed between companies. Although each company are able to detect along the algorithm, although there is a tolerance range it was confirmed that there is a variation in the measured value by the decision algorithm is different. |
