Abstract(in English) Blood pressure measurement is important to know the lifestyle-related diseases. In the "hypertension guidelines 2014", there is a "case of blood pressure in the hospital and at home is different priority to blood pressure in the home.", Came to the home in the blood pressure is important. Sphygmomanometer are both used in the medical facilities and the home is the oscillometric sphygmomanometer. Research on the accuracy of blood pressure values oscillometric blood pressure monitor to display less. In this study, we clarify the difference of the algorithm from publications that are patented published. Furthermore, using a simulator that can output a constant pattern signal, and examined the pressure pulse wave of differences in oscillometric sphygmomanometer. As a result, from the publications are published patents, there is a difference in blood pressure value displayed between companies. Although each company are able to detect along the algorithm, although there is a tolerance range it was confirmed that there is a variation in the measured value by the decision algorithm is different.
