Abstract(in English) | It is well known that obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) cause a drowsy driving accident. Recently, snore based analysis has been performed for its application in clinical evaluation of OSAS. However, snore has been considered to consist of voiced and unvoiced segment. Absolute pitch is the ability to identify or produce a pitch of a sound without hearing a reference sound. Toward a tool to characterize OSAS, we here propose absolute pitch model based on neural network, which reflects pitch perception property of a person with absolute pitch. The performance of proposed model is investigated and evaluated via simulation experiment using music instrument sound database. |
