Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | As for the study on the passage of microorganism through a fine pore by the barrier-related failure of a surgical glove, examination has been done in a static state not to perform a surgical procedure until now. As a result, the microorganism was found to be largely moved by the pressure difference which was set inside and outside the glove. In this study, we produced the experimental device that incorporated the system which could set any pressure difference and add tensile motion to the glove in order to examine for the passage of microorganism in a dynamic state that assumed the state of the actual surgery. As a condition of motion, we assumed the motion to be performed by a fingertip such as ligation and measured the quantity of passage of microorganism through the fine pore in the glove was added tensile motion under a constant pressure difference. As a result, the quantity of passage of microorganism in the case of adding the motion was significantly increased compared to it of the case without the motion. In addition, using the glove that caused the crack, we confirmed that the passage of microorganism is prompted by opening of the crack other than the pressure difference which was set inside and outside the glove. |
