| 抄録(和) | 本研究では仮名文字を用いたスタンバーグ課題中の音韻および図形的照合時における脳活動を比較・検討した.健常男性18名の脳波を計測し,皮質信号源におけるα律動を再構成した上で事象関連脱同期(ERD)を解析した.その結果,両照合条件とも高次視覚野における再構成α帯ERDの抑制時間と反応時間との間に有意な相関が認められた.このことから照合条件に拘わらず,刺激が呈示された感覚領域と系列的な記憶検索処理との関連が示唆された.また,図形的照合条件でのみ,角回を含む頭頂周辺領域で有意な相関がみとめられた.図形的照合では音韻的な系列記憶検索に加え,ひらがなとカタカナの区別も必要となり,積極的な注意の制御に関わる皮質ネットワークにあたる領域の関与が推定される. |
| 抄録(英) | Two memory scanning conditions (phonemical/graphical) were set for the modified Sternberg task using Hiragana and Katakana characters. We measured EEGs of 18 healthy subjects, and computed event-related desynchronizations (ERDs) from cortical-reconstructed alpha oscillations. As a result, significant correlations between reconstructed alpha suppression time and reaction time in the higher visual areas including V2/V3 were obsereved in both conditions. This result indicated that the sensory area of the stimulus presentation primarily related to the identification process of the serial memory. On the contrary, significant correlation was found in the angular gyrus and the several cortical areas along the dorsal visual pathway only in the graphical identification condition. It is suggested that active attentional control and memory retrieval in the condition with additional cognitive requirement of graphical identification were reflected as the involvement of the angular gyrus and the dorsal visual pathway. |
