Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This technical report demonstrates three types of operational-amplifier-based negative impedance circuits (NIC) which generate a negative capacitance or a negative inductance. As a result, we obtained that 1) the well-known NIC circuit designed to generate a negative resistance can not yield a negative capacitance due to lack of appropriate bias voltage, 2) a NIC circuit to which a by-pass circuit for the bias is simply added yields a strongly dispersive negative capacitance, and 3) the frequency dependency of the second model is perfectly removed by applying a resistance in parallel to the NIC circuit.
